Sands Of Time Soundtrack
The Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time follows the basic plot of the game upon which it was based. It is an Arabian adventure filled with traps and fights and the film is filled out with interesting characters and a story that has the viewer rooting for the hero, Dastan, and his quest.
An Escape and a Quest
Dastan is the adopted son of a royal Arabian family in ancient Persia, played very well by Jake Gyllenhaal, and is always seeking adventures and never shying away from danger. He has a good relationship with his kingly father, uncle and two brothers and has no ambitions beyond his status. But when Dastan is duped into attacking the sacred city of Almut and capturing its princess, Tamina, played by Gemma Arteron, he is accused of murdering his father, the king, and is marked for death.
